After studying Anthropology at Durham University, Izzi trained at Veever's Carter, an established London Events Florist. She learned from an amazing team and worked on events in magnificent London venues such as the V & A and Natural History Museum.   Following this, she spent two and a half years helping to set up Philippa Craddock's wedding and events team and flower school where, amongst other projects, she played an important role in the royal wedding of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex

Flower and Press grew steadily in the background throughout all of this and in Autumn 2019 it became a full time endeavour.
